Quest of the Sea

Quest of the Sea was a one week project to explore the usage of a controller (gamepad, PS4, XBox) in a seated VR experience. It's a VR platformer game where the player controls the Viking (Eric) and goal is to get to his ship through completing different levels.

The most challenging part of this project was to create a camera movement that does not cause motion sickness to the player.

All of the assets used in this game are from Unity Asset Store.

Floating Islands asset bu 3dfancy was used for the environment.

Mini Viking Eric asset by Bitgem was used for the character.
